General Information

Students can make payments using cash, money orders and checks at the cashier windows that are open daily Monday - Friday during the times noted above.

Hunter College accepts payments in US Funds ONLY.  Foreign currency is NOT accepted.

Checks/Money Orders

Please make all checks/money orders payable to Hunter College and be sure to include your name, address and the last four digits of your Student ID# on the instrument.

If your check is returned by the bank for any reason, you will be responsible for the amount of the check plus a $15 reprocessing fee. In addition, the College will not permit you to pay with a check for the next four (4) terms. If your check is returned for insufficient funds/closed bank account, the College reserves the right to cancel your registration.

Please note that you can make a payment from your checking/savings bank account online using an EFT (electronic funds transfer). There is no convenience fee for this transaction!

Credit Cards

The College does not accept credit cards for tuition and fees at the cashier windows. Students MUST pay online using eSIMS.  The College accepts American Express, MasterCard and Discover. VISA is NOT accepted.
