Student Certifications

The college sends student enrollment data to the National Student Clearinghouse during the first week of each semester and subsequently every two weeks.

Online certifications, proof of enrollment and loan deferment information is available for current and previous semesters on the National Student Clearinghouse Student Self-Service site.  Please note you must have a Hunter NetID to access this system.  Students may request certifications of their own attendance or graduation in the One Stop for Students office, Room 217 North. Students must provide a photo ID for any transaction in the One Stop for Students office. Online certifications, proof of enrollment and loan deferment information for a future semester or a semester that has not started yet will not be available online.
