If you have started planning your classes, especially for summer 2013, using the old system (either eSIMS/eSchedule or Hunter's online schedule of classes), please note the following:

The "class/section code" used in eSIMS will not be used in CUNYfirst, instead the "Class Nbr" (4 or 5 digits) will be used and it will be different from the class/section code your may've found in eSIMS. For example, SOC 101 offered in summer 2013: eSIMS code is 0653 but CUNYfirst Class Nbr is 1961. Therefore, you need to search for the class/section in CUNYfirst again using the "subject area" (like "SOC") and part of the title (like "Intro").
The section number in CUNYfirst may be different from the section number you found in eSIMS, therefore, pay close attention to the class meeting times to locate the class/section you are interested in.
Textbook information may not be available as faculty are learning the new system as well. However, use CUNYfirst, not the Hunter online schedule of classes (as in the past), to look for the textbook information.
The CUNYfirst system does not provide space for additional information on classes (in the past known as "informed registration"), but instructors can use a small comment box on the textbook page to include a URL pointing to another site with more information.

You can also view the searchable NEW schedule of classes by logging into your CUNYfirst account, select HR/Campus Solutions from the first menu after login, then click on Self Service ---> Student Center ---> Search for Classes(green button on the top right of the page.)

This is Hunter's old schedule of classes based on SIMS as of 3/22/2013 and is no longer updated.

What is my group number and classification?
