FlexMed Early Assurance Program Application Preparation Workshop for Sophomores
This workshop will review the requirements for application to the FlexMed Early Assurance Program of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS). This workshop will specifically focus on how to write the FlexMed essays. A step-by-step analysis of what to discuss in each essay response and how to organize your essay responses will be reviewed. The workshop will also prepare you for the interview. The types of questions you should be prepared to answer and how to be a strong applicant will be covered. Hunter College sophomores who are currently applying or are planning to apply to the Flex-Med Program at ISMMS are strongly encouraged to attend. You will also have the opportunity to speak with successful FlexMed applicant Catherine Stratis. This workshop is a collaboration between Hunter College Macaulay Honors College and the Pre-Health Professions Advising Office.
