Weill Cornell Medicine Healthcare Policy & Research Program Information Session
Are you ready to impact the future of healthcare? Join us for an information session with Brian Carroll, Director of Education for Weill Cornell Medicine Healthcare Policy & Research Program. The M.S. program can be completed in just one year. Many students enroll in our program as a gap year between medical school to develop and cultivate their research techniques as well as to build and strengthen their real-world skills and networks in the healthcare industry. Scholarships are available. There are three academic tracks in: 1. Health Policy and Economics trains students to become leading policy analysts and researchers working to identify the most effective ways to organize, manage, finance, and deliver high quality healthcare. 2. Health Informatics is the application of information science and information technology in the service of better health and better healthcare. We study, develop, and, improve innovative information technologies in healthcare. To apply these information technologies effectively, we also study human and organizational behaviors. 3. Biostatistics and Data Science provides top-class training in biostatistics, as well as the analytic techniques used in data science to prepare students for the data-driven challenges of today's world.
