Pre-Law Registration Form

Pre-Law Recommendation Form  Note:  This form is not for use with letters of recommendation intended for the Credentials Assembly Service (CAS), the clearinghouse for the Law School Admissions Council.  Students applying to law school are required to establish a CAS account, which also includes a letter of recommendation service.  Please be sure to obtain the appropriate recommendation and waiver form through the CAS website.
