Note: While not a prerequisite, NFS 14100, Intro to Nutrition is a major requirement. The application period for Fall 2022 is January 31 through April 15, 2022.

Students interested in becoming a Public Health major must complete either of one applicatiosn as follows:

Current Hunter matriculants submit our UPH/PH online major application form open January 31 -April 15, 2022
(use Explorer, Firefox or Safari Browsers vs Chrome, and update Flash.) PH does not accept Hunter's Registrar's paper major selection form.

To complete the application, you must compose a max 60 word statement why you are interested in the major, AND upload electronic transcripts for all colleges attended, even if the courses show on the Hunter transcript. You may combine 1+ transcript to one PDF and upload the one. Also insert your cumulative GPA so have this in advance.

If you do not complete the application in one sitting, save the link to return to your in-progress application -- do not press Submit until complete.
