Academia Literaria

The Academia Literaria is a student organization that is dedicated to the exposure of Hispanic culture and literature. It does so, by holding different events in which various aspects of the Spanish-speaking world is explored. It relies on the dedication of students, and it's meant for the enjoyment of students. You can visit their website at https://larevistadla.wix.com/website#!.

La Academia Literaria tends to work very closely with the Revista de la Academia an organization that aims to bring together the most notable work of students and proudly present it to the rest of the Spanish-speaking student body of Hunter College. Any contributions of prose, poetry, short stories, photography, drawing, and essays are appreciated. For prior publications you can visit their website at https://larevistadla.wix.com/website#!publicaciones.

The club officers tend to change annually; if there is an interest in becoming one please contact La Academia Literaria at rdla-med@hunter.cuny.edu. They also have a Facebook page open to members and officers: http://www.facebook.com/groups/academia.literaria.hunter/
