Submit your Summer 2013 Degree Audit Application Form (DAAF) now. We also encourage you to apply for your initial certificate now. If you apply after July 1, 2013, you will be required to complete the required anti-bullying workshop.

Print out the appropriate DAAF for your program from our Graduation page and turn in the completed form to Room 1000W.

Summer graduation date is September 1, 2013.

Make sure you are working on completing your technology competencies and finishing up any admission conditions.

The final date to submit summer 2013 applications to degree audit division is 8/30/13. The School of Education will not process summer DAAFs received after 8/26/13.
