IMPORTANT GRADUATION INFORMATION
FALL 2015 Graduation candidates:
If you are planning to complete your program by the end of the fall 2015/winter 2016 semester, you will have the opportunity to apply online through your myHunter account*. The period for applying online is from September 8 - October 1. For more information on the graduation process, visit the One Stop for Student's webpage on My Diploma.**
*The username for your myHunter page is your netID, the username you use to log in to CUNY portal, not your myhunter.cuny.edu email account. If you are accessing your myHunter page for the first time to apply for graduation, you will need to create a new password by resetting your password using the link below the Log In button. Please visit the myHunter information page for guidance, the user guide and the FAQs.
**Please note the instructions to submit paper DAAFs is not relevant to School of Education students. All School of Education students must apply to graduate online through myHunter.
SPRING 2016 Graduation candidates:
If you are planning to complete your program by the end of the spring 2016 semester, you will need to apply for graduation under"My Grad Audit" through your myHunter account. The period to file an intent for early degree audit is from Monday, August 17 to Tuesday, September 8. If you have questions about this process, please email Degree Audit Division.
A Graduate Degree student who is not registered for any course(s) but is completing other degree requirements (e.g. admission condition, comp exam, technology competencies) for graduation must be on file for the semester in which they are planning to graduate by maintaining matriculation. Print themaintenance of matriculation form and send your payment in only after you are certain to meet your degree requirement on time. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you have been out of attendance for one semester or more, you must file for readmission to Hunter College.
