Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) for Childhood Education
The Master’s Degree program in STEM Education is designed for students who possess Initial Certification in Childhood Education or Early Childhood Education and wish to increase their knowledge of both the content and pedagogy of these content areas. The program is designed to serve elementary school teachers who have initial certification in Childhood Education or Early Childhood Education and wish to:
(1) Become expert in the teaching of STEM content at this level
(2) Continue their professional development attaining the 30-credit above the master’s degree level for their salary differential and/or increase.
