Readmission

Students who have previously attended the School of Education as matriculated students may be readmitted by following Hunter’s readmission process.

Students who previously attended the School of Education as non-matriculated students will first need permission from the Dean’s office in order to be readmitted. Please fill out the readmission application and see Andrew King in room 1000 West for more information about this.

Change of Program

In order to change programs, students must formally apply through the Office of Admissions. Since original application materials are kept on file, it is necessary to fill out only the basic information of a new online application and write a new statement of purpose; then submit the application to the Admissions Office, room 203 North, by the appropriate deadline.

Students switching from one track to another within a program should get approval from their program coordinator, then see Andrew King in room 1000 in order to fill out a change of minor code form.
