Course of Study

Overview

The course of study for Teacher U at Hunter College's programs in Childhood, Childhood/Middle Childhood Generalist, and Special Education are outlined below.  While the programs' courses follow Hunter College's New York State approved course plans, all course content has been designed by Teacher U in collaboration with Hunter College.  The Teacher U courses are based on a results-oriented curriculum that uses video observation to reinforce practice-based instruction.

Summer classes will take place during Teacher U's two-week summer institute, while Fall and Spring classes will take place on Saturdays throughout the semester.
