How To Apply

How To Apply

All applicants, including current Hunter students, must file a CUNY TRANSFER APPLICATION to apply for the nutrition (NFS) major. The application fee is waived for currently registered degree or non-degree CUNY students. The fee for official CUNY transcripts is also waived for current CUNY students. All prerequsites must be completed by the start of the semester to which you are applying.



Obtain An Application

Submit an online or print application:

Online Application: Visit www.cuny.edu (prospective student link) for comprehensive infromation about the CUNY admissions process, and to submit an online application or request a print application.

Print applications are also available at Hunter Admissions, Hunter main campus, 68th Street and Lexington Avenue.

Application Deadline

Fall Admission: March 15th

Submit all documents, including official transcripts, by the deadlines. Applications received after the deadline will be considered for admission based on space availability.

Application Status

UAPC processes application for both Hunter and non-Hunter applicants. You should be notified of the decision status within six weeks of receipt of a completed application. You may also inquire into your status via email or phone.You will need to provide your full name, social security number or CUNY application identification number, date of birth, and the semester for which you are applying.
