PLEASE NOTE:
The entrance to the Brookdale Campus is located on East 25th Street, in the middle of the block (between the FDR Drive and First Avenue). The office of the Physical Therapy Program is located in the East Building, lower level, in room E 008. Security Personnel at the building entrance can assist you in locating the program office.

Transportation Options to the Hunter College Brookdale Campus

MASS TRANSIT:
The Transit Authority Buses can take you uptown on First avenue, or downtown on Second avenue, stopping at 25th Street. Cross-town buses on major east-west thoroughfares give free transfers.

BUS:
The First Avenue Bus is the M15. Take a Limited uptown bus, which stops on the northbound side of First Avenue and 23rd Street. Walk up First Avenue to 25th Street and 1st Avenue, turn right on 25th Street, and the entrance to the campus is on your left side of the street. If you take the M15 local bus, you can get off at 25th Street. Walk back one-half a block to 25th Street, and turn left (toward the FDR Drive). The entrance is on your left side of the street.

SUBWAY:
Take the Lexington local (#6 train) to 23rd Street. You exit on Park Avenue and 23rd Street. Be sure to walk eastbound to 25th and First, or take eastbound 23rd street bus to First Avenue.

DIRECTIONS BY CAR:
From G. W. Bridge - Follow signs to Harlem River Drive, which becomes FDR drive, to 23rd Street exit. Make first right turn after exit, this is 25th Street. Entrance to campus is on your right.

From Westchester or the Bronx - Take appropriate East River crossing to Harlem River Drive or FDR Drive to 23rd Street exit. Follow directions above.

From Brooklyn or points south - Take any East River crossing to FDR Drive northbound. Exit at 23rd Street exit. At 23rd street, there is a Gulf gas station on your right. There is parking there or, make a left turn on 23rd Street, go under FDR Drive, and at first light, make a right. Go to the end of the block, make a left onto 25th Street. Entrance to campus will be on your right.

PARKING:
Gulf gas station between FDR Drive and the river at East 23rd Street. Walk up 23rd Street 1/2 block, make a right and walk to 25th street. Turn left, entrance will be on your right.

Waterside, which is a large housing complex between the FDR Drive and the East River, is located directly across the FDR Drive from our campus. They have parking available, with a pedestrian bridge crossing the FDR Drive to 25th street. You can get to Waterside from the northbound FDR Drive service road via 23rd street. There are parking lots between first and second avenue on 28th street, 29th street, 31st street, and south of 23rd street.
