Admissions Process

Application Content: Hunter graduate application, a statement of purpose, official undergraduate and, if applicable, graduate transcripts, two letters of recommendation, and scores from the general GRE (The GRE is waived for applicants with existing Master's or higher degree from a U.S. or Canadian institution. MCATs are not accepted in lieu of the GRE.) Submit Application to: Hunter Admissions, 695 Lexington Avenue, NY, NY 10010 in accordance with the deadlines below. You may also request an application via email at: admissions@hunter.cuny.edu , in writing via the address above, or by phone at 212-772-4490.

A faculty committee will utilize astandardized scoring form to evaluate each applicant, based on GPA, TOEFL scores, clinical experience, and essay quality.

Meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee acceptance to the program, which is based, by necessity, on the limitations of space and resources. The Hunter College Public Health Nutrition Program is dedicated to equal opportunity for all applicants who meet admission requirements.
