Office of AccessABILITY
The Office of AccessABILITY's goal is to enhance the educational experience for students with disabilities at Hunter College. Our mission is to ensure a comprehensively accessible college experience for all students with disabilities. The program is also committed to promoting access and awareness as a resource to all members of the Hunter College community.
The mission of the Office of Counseling Services is to provide mental health services aimed at enhancing students' quality of life and maximizing both their personal and academic growth and development. The Office provides short-term individual counseling, crisis intervention, psycho-education, outreach, and referral to Hunter College student body, and consultation services to faculty, staff, and others.
Sylvia E. Fishman Student Center
The Sylvia E. Fishman Student Center, an extension of the Office of Student Services, was created to provide a safe, friendly, educational, and supportive environment for all students and to help them create a strong foundation for their education. In the Center, students have the opportunity to discuss their various academic issues with professional staff advisors and receive assistance with program planning from their peer advisors.
Center for Student Achievement
