DEPARTMENTAL BY-LAWS
- "It shall be the responsibility of individual departments to devise, to change as required, and – after approval by the Senate – to pub¬lish their own Bylaws, providing for a departmental policy committee or committees, a Committee on the Evaluation of Teaching, and such other committees as College and Board of Trustee By-laws may require or departmental preference may indicate." (Charter for a Governance of Hunter College, Article XI, Section 1)

Chancellor's University Report
- This is meant as a schedule for the purpose of submitting curriculum proposals. Note that proposals submitted to the Hunter College Senate need a 10 day challenge period before they go to the curriculum committee. Courses must have already passed their school or divisional curriculum committee before coming to the Senate office.
