UPH will hold graduate non-matriculant advisement in phased time periods as outlined below. Student Information Form

4:00PM: Current (Fall 2008) non-matriculants
(if not free to attend, email your track faculty advisor with your course preferences. In your email, include course number and registration code, and an attachment of your HC transcript.)
5:00PM: Non-matriculants who have attended a UPH Information Session prior to Jan 7th, 2009
6:30PM: All non-matriculants
Bring the following documents for registration approval:
1. Photocopies of all higher education transcripts (official transcripts are not required.)
2. Resume (plain paper is satisfactory)
3. Copy of GRE scores and/or GMAT scores, if available.
4. Hunter email address, if created (see email lookup on Hunter's website)
5. A photo ID to enter

UPH permits non-matriculants (NM) to take a maximum of three courses (9 credtis). Those interested in taking 12 or more credits must apply for matriculation. Only those who applied to and are active in Hunter's system for the upcoming semester can receive registration approval (see Admissions for information on applying as a non-matriculant ).Registration approval is granted for select courses on a space available basis. in addition to the application, provide Admissions with the NY required proof of immunization, using either a Hunter College or non-Hunter form (http://registrar.hunter.cuny.edu/forms/immunizationform.pdf) .
In advance of UPH advisement, review the upcoming course schedule on the Registrar's webiste (or at the UPH homepage link.) UPH courses are listed under Health Sciences, and are divided according to track (PH, COMHE, EOHS, EPI, BIOS, HPM, NUTR).
For information about the registration process including registration dates, tuition, tuition deadlines, obtaining a Hunter ID, etc see the Registrar's and Admissions websites. Please note that those in NM status are not entitled to financial aid.
