Administration for Children and Families Program Instruction on Guardianship Assistance Program Plan
The purpose of this Program Instruction (PI) is to provide interested State title IV-E agencies and Tribes instruction on how to implement and operate the Guardianship Assistance Program (GAP) plan option as authorized by the Fostering Connections to Success and Increasing Adoptions Act of 2008, Public Law (P.L.) 110-351.
This document describes training and technical assistance opportunities pertaining to the Fostering Connections Act of 2008 that are available to States and Tribes through the National Resource Center for Permanency and Family Connections.
