2008 NRCFCPPP Teleconference Series
A Service of the Children's Bureau
We are pleased to announce the 2008 NRCFCPPP teleconference series. These invitational calls are limited to state foster care and adoption managers, child welfare directors, ICWA managers, state CFSR/PIP liaisons, and the HHS/CB Training and Technical Assistance Network.
All calls are held from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m., ET

Each teleconference is designed to provide a forum for states to share their experiences in implementing improved child welfare practices, as well as learn about national trends and research findings.
- We will send out announcements of upcoming teleconferences.
- After the notice has gone out and you wish to register you must contact Yvette Heyward-Barron at yheyward@hunter.cuny.edu
- Once you make the contact with Yvette she will send you a confirmation that you have been registered for the teleconference.
- Participants must register for each teleconference at the time the announcement is made. There is no advance registration for upcoming teleconferences.
- We will send the agenda and electronic "handouts" along with the call in information to participants at least one day before the teleconference.
- All registrations should be received no later than 11 AM EST on the day of the teleconference. It is difficult to accommodate registrations that are received just prior to the start of the call.
- All teleconference information is archived.
- A CD of past teleconferences can be obtained by contacting Gerald Mallon at gmallon@hunter.cuny.edu.
Please note that these are invitational calls, with a limited number of phone lines per state. If you would like to include others in the call, we encourage you to invite them to a central location, where they can participate with you using a speaker phone.
