Thank you for your interest in the Silberman School of Social Work. The Admissions Department is dedicated to helping you determine if Hunter is the right fit for you. There are three types of programs offered through the School of Social Work, the post-master’s program, the MSW program, and the PhD program in social welfare.

Q:What should I do if I am not able to upload my transcripts?

Q:When will I hear from the school regarding my application?

A:The school is processing applications every day, it will take about 8 to10 weeks for us to review and complete your application. Once it is complete, it will move to the committee to review. As your application moves through the admissions process, you are able to review the status of each stage on your online application. Please go back online to reveiw, before calling or emailing the office.
