Shadow Count 2013 Training
*All decoy applicants are required to attend a training session in order to be able to participate.*
Please bring the following original documents (and a photocopy if possible) with you on the day of your training:
1. A valid photo I.D. that shows your date of birth. (Examples: driver’s license, passport, benefit card.)
2. Your social security card.If you do not have an original social security card you may request a duplicate by visiting www.ssa.gov .
