Advertise & Promote

Tabling Requests and Advertising Requests have been suspended until further notice. To advertise and promote your events contact your student government to blast your event and send a flyer to IG: hcstudentactivities.

Tables in the North and West Building 3rd Floor Lobbies are available for informational sessions, event promotion, fund raising, etc.


Advertising events on the Sony Signage monitors throughout the College are available  for chartered clubs, organizations or publications. 

Tabling Request

Clubs/Organizations are limited to 15 tabling events per semester. Clubs/Organizations in the process of chartering are limited to 2 tabling events (Clubs in the process of chartering may not use tabling events to fund raise). Student clubs and organizations must complete financial reconciliation for fundraisers prior to the tabling session or event.

Clubs/Organizations that are fundraising for an outside organization must hand in their 501c3 and agreement letter first before your tabling request will get approved.

Please allow at least one week for tabling request processing and confirmation. For more information regarding tabling, please contact Latysha Mckenzie at lmckenz@hunter.cuny.edu or (212) 772-4908 .

Advertising Club/Organization Event

To advetise your clubs information or upcoming events to the Undergraduate G-Blast, please fill out the link below.

  • A flyer is required for submission, (All desired information must be included in the flyer).
  • Submissions are due every Wednesday at 10AM before the Friday that the Blast will be sent out. The chart inidicates submission deadlines for each G blast. Late submissions will not be considered.
