One Card Access Request
One card requests have been suspended until further notice.
Officers of currently chartered clubs that have been assigned club space may submit One Card Access Requests. Clubs in the process of chartering or reactivating must complete orientation, the registration form and submit 1 completed, original Signature Profile form to the Office of Student Activities, Room 202TH, to receive access permission. The club president's permission is required for advisor and club member One Card access.
DEADLINE DATE FOR ONE CARD REQUEST: TBA
One card requests will not be processed after the above date.
