Communicating with Professors

Learn how to effectively communicate with your professors. Each of the counselors in the Office of AccessABILITY will provide different templates, which will assist you in working with your professors, such as absences, extensions and accommodation requests.  All students are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Transition to Work

Learn imperative skills for transitioning into work. This job readiness training will focus on effective resume and cover letter writing. As well as, dressing for success, networking, interview skills and the soft skills needed to break into careers.

This is a great opportunity to refresh, have fun and celebrate Thanksgiving with old friends and staff of the Office of AccessABILITY. Enjoy refreshments and festive music.

ADA Day

An open reception for all students to renew their accommodations for Spring 2014. At the end of each semester, all students registered with AccessABILITY must fill out a semester card (green or orange), to avoid delay in implantation of their accommodations.
