What is my Username and Password?
Your username and password were recently emailed to your Hunter email account (be sure to check your Junk mail folder, just in case). If you did not receive this notification, you can request your log in credentials here.

What if it says 'the username and password entered are invalid'?
Make sure you are entering your username and password exactly as they appear in the e-mail you were sent. If you still experience issues logging in, email myhunter@hunter.cuny.edu.

Remember! If you double click to highlight the username or password from the email, make sure you are not also highlighting any spaces before or after the username or password.

Also - if you have an international language pack installed on your browser, please ensure that you have US-English added.

Can I change my User Name?
No, your user name cannot be changed.

Can I change my password?
Yes. To change your password, simpy click 'Edit Profile' on the top left of the page (under the Hunter logo) and follow the instructions. For a full walkthrough, see the New User Guide.

What if I forget my password?
Click on the 'Forgot/Reset Password' link on the main log in page, and follow the instructions. There are also detailed instructions in the New User Guide.

How do I log in/log out?
Visit www.hunter.cuny.edu/myhunter and enter your User Name and password. Remember - passwords are case sensitive! To log out, click 'Log Out' on the top left corner of the page (under top banner).

For your security, always remember to log out of your MyHunter page. Closing the window of your browser will not log you out!

MyHunter is meant to be student friendly - so we welcome any feedback or suggestions. Submit feedback online or click the 'Submit Feedback' link on the bottom of the right column on your MyHunter page.
