Healthy Hawk Academy

This class allows participants to experience strength and cardio exercises in a fun, and energetic setting. You will learn about total body circuits in a group environment for support and motivation.  This class is led by a certified instructor who will build the class around your experience and fitness level.  Individuals of all levels can excel in the class learning the proper techniques and reaching your individual goals.  This class is only open to faculty and staff at Hunter College. (Fitness Center)
