Fitness Center

Our fitness center houses all of our cardio and weight machines.

Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is our base style, the class is open to all levels from first time beginners to advanced Yogies!

Pilates

Mat pilates - we use rings, blocks, and your own core strength to enhance your pilates experience

Spin

We have a number of different spin instructors and the class varies by the day, the teacher, and most importantly by the music!  Come in turn the lights off and spin your way to a win. Whether it's your first time on a bike or you completed the Tour de Ffrance, there is workout for you!  No helmet needed!

Bootcamp

This circuit training workout will challenge you and all your muscles.  It will make pushing yourself a blast, and open you up to some new and creative ways of staying or getting in shape!

High Intensity Core

This core-based class runs you through a myriad of workouts while you stay in place!

Healthy Hawk Qi Gong

Healthy Hawk Qi Gong focuses on the fundamentals of breathing, posture alignment and body-strengthening techniques.  Healthy Hawk Qi Gong is based on traditional Chinese qi gong exercises

You must have a valid Hunter ID and PAC (Physical Activity Card) to use all recreation facilities. A Physical Activity Card can be obtained from the Health Services in Room 307 North.

Tennis courts are available first-come, first served; rentals and practices get first priority.
