Career Panel:  Careers in Social Services – Tuesday, Nov. 17th

A panel of professionals and students in the helping professions will be discussing the diverse fields within the areas of psychology, counseling and social work.  Learn about preparation for these fields, internship opportunities and applying for graduate degrees and certifications.

Harvard’s JFK School of Government: The Public Policy & Leadership Conference

February 18 - 21, 2010
For first year students or sophomores interested in careers in public service

The intensive three days of workshops, panels and lectures is designed for students from historically under-served communities and ethnic minorities who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents who possess a commitment to public service.

Conference participants will learn about:

  • Careers in public service
  • Domestic and international policy issues
  • Fellowship programs
  • Summer public policy and international affairs institutes
  • Graduate school application strategies

Glamour’s 2010 Top 10 College Women Competition - Dec 1st

This competition recognizes the exceptional achievements and academic excellence of female college juniors.  This is an ideal opportunity for talented students to be rewarded for their leadership roles on campus and in the greater community. Winners receive $3,000 and coverage in an issue of the magazine.
