Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program
VITA offers free tax help to people who make $52,000 or less, and need assistance in preparing their own tax returns. IRS-certified volunteers provide free basic income tax return preparation, with electronic filing, to qualified individuals.
This event is coordinated by the Accounting Society of Hunter College.

The Envoy Seeking Sports Writers!
Are you interested in sports? Do you spend your weekends updating your fantasy lineups and scouring scouting reports? Can you hold your own in any barbershop argument about who deserves the MVP award? How about converting that interest into valuable resume experience? The Envoy is currently searching for people to join the Sports section writing staff. Requirements include covering sports events at Hunter and elsewhere in New York, being passionate about sports, and having intelligent opinions.

Registration still open for CUNY Institute for Virtual Enterprise SmartPitch Challenge
Join us for this year's SmartPitch Challenge; a multi-step program to guide students through the initial stages of business formation. This is a CUNY-wide competition open to all current students. We are also looking for mentors. Hunter faculty are welcome to mentor the participants based on their area of expertise. This year we have $25,000 in cash prizes.
