Spring Law School Application Workshops

This workshop targets students applying to law school during the 2017-2018 cycle for entry into law school in fall 2018. Make the most of your summer by planning your application process now. Workshops will be repeated in the summer and fall on various dates and times. If you will be away for the summer, or if getting to campus will be inconvenient, coming to a spring workshop is essential for getting an early start. Much information will be shared in the group session. Please attend a workshop (you only need to attend one) before scheduling an individual appointment for law school application advising.

Place: All sessions will be held in room 710, East Building (the conference room of the new pre-professional suite)


2017 Fried Frank Diversity LSAT Initiative - Summer Intensive Course

Applications Open!

Applications are now being accepted for Hunter's subsidized summer LSAT preparation program, a diversity initiative sponsored by the law firm Fried Frank. This course is open to degree-seeking, matriculated Hunter students and alumni who are registered with the Pre-Law Program. Students who successfully completed the Spring 2017 jumpstart LSAT session have priority. Applications will be reviewed for merit and considered on a rolling basis while space is available. Students will not be notified of acceptance to this program before May 15. Review will continue until class capacity is reached or the course begins on June 1, whichever is sooner.

The cost is a student contribution of $500. This is a subsidized program. There are 23 class meetings and 8 diagnostic tests.

Deadline: Applications reviewed on rolling basis until May 31 (seats may fill before then)
Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays, Beginning June 1
(admitted students will be provided with complete schedule)
Times: 6:00 - 9:30 pm (weekend diagnostics under test conditions, which you can opt to do at home)
