Feeling Stressed? Join us for Mastering Anxiety Workshops

Discover new ways to reduce stress and manage anxiety. Learn skills to reduce excessive thinking, social anxiety and stress related to academic performance and social interactions. This workshop is designed for undergraduate students who which to better understand how thoughts can impact feelings and behaviors.

Need Help Managing Practice-Related Fatigue?

This workshop is specially designed for Social Work and Mental Health Counseling graduate students, as well as all Nursing students, to promote coping and resiliency skills in order to better recognize and address signs of compassion fatigue and burnout. Develop strategies to enhance self-care while learning to reduce stress levels associated with practice-related fatigue.
