Mastering Anxiety Workshops
Do you find it difficult to make friends, focus on academics or feel confident in social situations? Join us for a workshop designed to help you better understand how your thoughts can impact your feelings and behaviors and how to manage your anxiety and stress levels. Learn skills to reduce excessive thinking, social anxiety and stress related to academic performance and social interactions.
These workshops are designed for undergraduate students.

Do You Need Health Insurance?
Affordable Care Act Navigators and Certified Application Counselors will be available on campus to help you understand your health insurance options, and assist you in finding the best coverage that will meet your needs. If you are eligible, you can enroll in public health insurance programs through the New York State of Health Marketplace all year long at nystateofhealth.ny.gov.
Free and open to the public. No appointment necessary.

Managing Compassion Fatigue in Your Clinical Practice
