Mastering Anxiety Workshop

Do you find it difficult to make friends, focus on academics or feel confident in social situations? Join us for a workshop to help you better understand how your thoughts can impact your feelings and behaviors.

This workshop is for undergraduate students who wish to develop skills to better manage anxiety and stress, reduce rumination, social anxiety and stress related to academic performance.

What Documents to Bring:
To enroll in free or low-cost health insurance, you must provide proof of age, identity, residence, income and possibly U.S. citizenship or qualified immigrant status. Some examples:

Proof of Age & Identity

  • Driver's license/official photo ID
  • Passport
  • Birth or baptismal/religious certificate Official school or adoption records

Proof of Residency/Home Address

  • Government ID card with address
  • Postmarked envelope or postcard
  • Utility bill (gas, electric, cable, water, phone)
  • Correspondence from government agency

Proof of Income
Provide the most recent proof of income before taxes and deductions. Submit all that apply:

  • Wages and salary or Self-Employment
  • Unemployment Benefits
  • Private Pensions/Annuities
  • Social Security
  • Child Support/Alimony
  • Worker's Compensation
  • Veteran's Benefits
  • Interest/Dividends/Royalties
  • Income from Rent or Room/Board
  • Support from Other Family Members
