Submit Your Proof of Immunization Now

You must provide proof that you have received the MMR vaccine, as soon as possible. Failure to do so will result in an Administrative Withdrawal from all classes for this semester. Your proof of having MMR vaccinations must include: two live measles vaccines, one live mumps, and one live rubella; OR two doses of MMR vaccination and the Meningococcal Vaccination Response Form.

To avoid being withdrawn, you should fax clearly legible copies of your documents, with your name and birthdate on every page, to (212) 650-3254 or (212) 396-6703. If your proof of immunization is in your native language, you must provide an English translation. Emails are strongly discouraged. You can also bring your documentation in person to Health Services, Room 307 North, during office hours.

Mastering Anxiety

Are you finding it difficult to make friends, focus on academics or feel confident in social situations? Are you having a hard time choosing a major - feeling overwhelmed by the available choices, or feeling pressure to choose a major that isn't in line with your interests?

Join us for a workshop designed to help you to better understand how your thoughts can impact your feelings and behaviors. Learn skills to reduce excessive thinking, social anxiety and stress related to academic performance, social interactions, and decision making. This workshop is designed for undergraduate students who wish to better manage their anxiety and stress levels.

  • Rapid HIV testing that can provide results in 20 minutes.
  • PrEP - screening for HIV prevention

Preventing Procrastination

45-minute workshops

Do you find it challenging to manage competing academic demands, while staying on top of your assignments? Falling behind academically can lead to increased stress in multiple areas of your life.

This 45-minute workshop will help you approach your academic demands differently by discovering new pathways of thinking. You will be encouraged to challenge unhelpful thoughts and re-frame them, which can lead to more productive outcomes, including increased focus and heightened academic success.
