Mission Statement
The mission of the International Students Office (ISO) is to support international students and exchange visitors in their cultural and educational transition to the College. The ISO assists students in reaching their educational goals by informing them about their rights and responsibilities relative to their immigration status in the United States, creating a supportive environment and ensuring legal compliance in response to the Students and Exchange Visitors System (SEVIS).
The ISO website complements the services that are available to all Hunter College international students and exchange visitors. We strongly encourage you to use it to get information and quick answers to your questions about Hunter College, student visas, immigration regulations, and other special topics.
