Reconfiguring Space at Hunter

Informational

Hunter College continually strives to provide services that are accessible, supportive and student focused. To maximize the use of our space in an efficient manner, we are reconfiguring several offices on campus.

In the Children’s Learning Center (CLC) we are consolidating the programs in Rooms 209 and 210 North.

  • Graduate Admissions will be relocated to Room 209 to a contiguous space with undergraduate admissions.
  • Financial Aid Processing, currently located on 16th Floor of Hunter East, will move into Graduate Admissions’ current space in Hunter North 223 adjacent to the Bursar’s Office and Office of Financial Aid. Students will no longer have to travel between Hunter North’s second floor and Hunter East’s 16th floor to conduct their financial aid business.
  • The Pre-Professional student advisors, including the new pre-business advisor, will move from offices scattered around the 68th Street campus into office space near 714 West, which is made possible by the move of other offices into the former Financial Aid Processing office space.
