Spring 2012 Application Form

New Resident Application

  • The New Resident Housing Application for SPRING 2012 will be available to be filled out on November 1, 2011. 
  • Deadline for Housing Applications: November 22, 2011. You can still fill out an application after the deadline, however it will only be reviewed after all on-time applications.  
  • As of Fall 2010, the Brookdale Residence Hall no longer accepts graduate students for housing.

This application is for Hunter students NOT currently living in the residence hall. You must be enrolled as a Hunter College student to apply for housing. You will need your Hunter NET ID and password to fill out a housing application. Students currently living in the Residence Hall in FALL 2011 and continuing on to the SPRING 2012 semester DO NOT need to fill out a SPRING 2012 application. 

If you are in the process of applying to be a student at Hunter College and have not yet received your NET ID, you will be unable to apply for housing.  You must wait until you receive your NET ID to fill out a SPRING 2012 housing application. All emails regarding housing will only occur through your Hunter email address.

Our Online Application has changed:  We will only ask for information that cannot be obtained from Hunter's Academic System (SIMS). Please enter all the information requested on the application form.

If you would like to confirm that your application has been received, you can re-login to the system and attempt to fill out the application again. The system will only allow you to fill out the application once. If your SPRING 2012 applicaiton has been received, then the system will show that the application is not available to be filled out.

 

Once you have submitted your application, if you wish to make changes you can re-login to the application page to modify the information that you provided on the application.  You will be notified in a letter via EMAIL as to the status of your application in late December. We will be unable to provide you with acceptance information prior to that time.. Fall 2011 Accepting/Declining a Room Assignment

Once you have received a letter/email from the Office of Residence Life stating that you have been granted a room in the residence hall, you need to notify us as to whether you are accepting or declining your room assignment. If you decline your room assignment, you will not be eligible for another room for the remainder of the semester. If you wish to be considered for a room, for the following semester, you will have to fill out a new application for that term. Please accept or decline your room assignment using the link below.
