RESOURCES: Advertisement Instructions & Request Form

 

Advertisement Request Instructions

Only currently chartered clubs and organizations may advertise.

Requests for advertisement will not be submitted to the Office of Communications until the event is approved by the Office of Student Activities.

You may submit your request for advertisement to the Office of Student Activities for approval at any time after your event has been approved. However, the Office of Communications posts advertisements no earlier than two weeks before the event. It takes the Office of Communications 48 hours after approval by the Office of Students Activities to post advertisements.

The Offices of Student Activities and Communications reserve the right alter content or deny advertisements that do not conform to the recommend format and/or are deemed inappropriate.

By submitting this form you acknowledge that the advertisement you submit does not infringe upon the copyrights or trademarks of others.

Design Tips

Images should be in landscape format. Videos should run a maximum of 5 minutes. The shorter the video the more times it will run.
