SERVICES AND RESOURCES FOR STUDENT CLUBS & ORGANIZATIONS
The Office of Student Activities (OSA) provides the following services for Hunter College clubs and organizations:
One Card Access Requests/Work Requests
Club/Organization Event and Trip Planning
Club/Organization Event Advertising
Office of Student Activities Conference Room Reservations
Appliance Rental Request
SEIF/Off-Campus Trip Student List Request
Tables in the North and West Building 3rd Floor Lobbies are available for informational sessions, event promotion, fund raising, etc.
Clubs/Organizations are limited to 15 tabling events per semester. Clubs/Organizations in the process of chartering are limited to 2 tabling events (Clubs in the process of chartering may not use tabling events to fund raise). Student clubs and organizations must complete financial reconciliation for fundraisers prior to the tabling session or event. Officers of currently chartered clubs that have been assigned club space may submit One Card Access Requests. Clubs in the process of chartering or reactivating must complete orientation, register your club on SGMS (Symplicity) and submit 3 completed, original Signature Profile forms to the Office of Student Activities, Room C001 North, to receive access permission. The club presidents' permission is required for advisor and club member One Card access.
Report and replace lost or stolen cards at One Card information.
Officers of currently chartered clubs may submit a Work Request for club rooms located in the Thomas Hunter building or student organization-sponsored events. Club/Organizations with offices in other buildings and departments should contact a department administrator. Faculty and Staff should visit the Facilities Management and Planning website to submit work requests.
The Office of Student Activities has appliances available for student club events. Officers of currently chartered clubs may submit an Appliance Rental Request.

All currently chartered clubs may hold events and trips. All event forms must be completed and signed, with accompanying documentation before the Office of Student Activities will approve the event or trip. Event information and sample documents can be found at Student Clubs and Organization Documents
Approved event forms and event documents are available for pick up in OSA(Room C001 North). If you have lost a form or require additional copies, you may request a replacement copy of an SEIF, Off-Campus trip student list, 501c3, etc. Please complete the request form and allow at least 3 business days for processing.

Requirements: Must be a chartered club, organization or publication. OSA must approve the event.
To assist your club or organization in the scheduling of space for your events and meetings, the Office of Student Activities is pleased to offer the OSA conference room (C001 North) for up to 20 persons.
Please note that the Office of Student Activities shall endeavor to work on your request space within two working days of submission. We will contact you via email concerning the availability of your request. It is your responsibility however, to contact the Office of Student Activities at firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not receive notification after two working days regarding the status of your request.
Events held in the Office of Student Activities must be approved by Teneia Wooten, the Assistant Director of the Office of Student Activities.
