Whether you are a Hunter College chartered club or organization, or an individual current Hunter College student, it is easy to apply for web space on the StudentWeb server. Simply follow the instructions below.

Instructions for Hunter College Chartered Clubs or Organizations

The club president or head of the organization should email a request for web space to Nancy Largent at nancy.largent@hunter.cuny.edu, and include the following information:

• Full Name of the Club/Organization
• Contact Information of the Club/Organization
• Full Name of the Club/Organization's Webmaster
• Hunter College Email Address of the Club/Organization's Webmaster
• Last Four Digits of the Student ID Number of the Club/Organization's Webmaster
  (Please do not email the entire student ID number, just the last four digits.)

Clubs should include the following information on their first page: Mission, Officers, Location and Contact Information (phone, email, fax, etc.). Hunter College chartered clubs and organizations are allotted 5 MB per web site.

Instructions for Individual Current Hunter College Students

Individual current Hunter College students should email a request for web space to Nancy Largent at nancy.largent@hunter.cuny.edu, and include the following information:

• Full Name of the Student
• Hunter College Email Address of the Student
• Last Four Digits of the Student ID Number of the Student
  (Please do not email the entire student ID number, just the last four digits.)

Individual current Hunter College students are allotted 1 MB per web site.
