Summer Housing

Hunter College's student residence hall is located at the Brookdale Campus in the historic Gramercy/Flatiron district of downtown Manhattan and conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and public transportation.

Indoor swimming pool, tennis courts,

fitness center, laundry facilities,

kitchen, internet access, and air conditioned common lounge.

Rooms

Hunter College's Brookdale Residence Hall offers

private rooms with courtyard or street views.

All are equipped with fans.  Students must bring their own linens.

Monthly social events, swimming, game room, common lounge, outdoor patio and more!

Applying for Housing 

The Office of Residence Life is still accepting applications for summer housing!  As housing is based on limited space availability, it is strongly recommended that applicants apply for housing as soon as possible.  Apply for housing now.

Staying on campus at Hunter College is incredibly affordable at about half the cost of other area universities.  Visit The Office of the Bursar for pricing information and summer session dates of stay.
