Integrative learning through ePortfolios
| Yang Hu (Curriculum & Teaching) | Marica Knoll (Curriculum & Teaching) |
November 10, 2011
ePortfolios are one way to demonstrate that students have met professional standards and can also be used to help students make connections between work done in different courses and internships/fieldwork experiences. Yang Hu and Marcia Knoll discussed how they are making use of ePortfolios in two programs in Curriculum and Teaching. We discussed using ePortfolios for both formative and summative assessment, supporting student reflection, and developing a community of learners around ePortfolios.
