Maria Cornelio shared several chapters of an electronic book she created for her translation course using iBooks Author.  The book, which is viewable on the iPad, contains images, video, links to web pages, and interactive exercises.  We discussed the variety of formats in which electronic books can be published and looked at tools for creating books in formats such as ePub.  Tools discussed included QuarkXpress, InDesign, and Microsoft Word.
