College Now is a collaboration between the City University of New York (CUNY) and the New York City Department of Education that prepares public high school students for successful academic performance in college.
SuperLink English Language Institute Program
The International English Language Institute (IELI) has been a part of Hunter College since 1950. The English Language Institute serves thousands of students every year, in courses ranging from Beginner English to Bridge-to-College Level English.
SuperLink Continuing Education Program
Hunter's Continuing Education portfolio of courses includes language and communication skills, computer and technology, accounting and general business, as well as arts and personal enrichment. The program offers a variety of Certificate Programs- from Interpretation/Translation to Legal Studies to Graphic Design.
SuperLink Non-Degree Student
Students who are not interested in earning a degree but wish to enroll in college credit bearing courses relating to career advancement, preparation for graduate school or other special interests may be admitted as non-degree students.
SuperLink Non-Degree to Degree Student
Students who previously attended a college under a non-degree status and now wish to pursue a degree program must file a CUNY transfer application. Non-Degree to Degree students are considered transfer students due to the credits you previously have earned.
SuperLink Second Degree Student
If you have earned a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university, we welcome your interest in pursuing a second degree at Hunter College. A student pursuing a second degree must select a different major from the first degree. The first degree must have been earned at a regionally accredited college or university.
SuperLink Readmit Student
Students who have previously attended Hunter College may apply for readmission to their former status. These applicants should apply for readmission to the college well in advance of the semester for which they wish to return.
SuperLink Senior Citizen
New York State residents 60 years of age or older may audit undergraduate courses at Hunter College on a tuition-free, space-available basis. Auditors do not receive grades or academic credit for their 9 courses. Individuals enrolling under this program pay fees totaling $70 each semester.
