Undergraduate Freshman and Transfer Applicants

All prospective Freshman and Transfer applicants must fill out a CUNY online application. Any personal computer or laptop can be used to complete the online application. However, for optimal results, please use Internet Explorer as your web browser. Applicants who need access to a computer can visit a public library, a public access computer lab, or one of CUNY’s Manhattan Welcome Centers.

Fall Deadline: February 1
CUNY operates on a rolling admission basis; however, colleges and programs may close before the deadline.

Spring Deadline: October 1
The Admission Application deadline for the Spring 2010 has now passed. Although the application for Spring 2010 is still available, we cannot guarantee the review of applications submitted at this time.

Undergraduate Non-Degree and Senior Citizen Applicants

All prospective Non-Degree applicants can either download the application or can stop by our Welcome Center to pick one up.

The application for Readmission can either downloaded or can be picked up at the Welcome Center.

• Summer Priority Deadline: April 1*
  

Please ensure that all supporting documentation is also received by the deadline.

*The Summer 2009 Readmission (Degree & Non-degree) application deadline has been extended until June 1, 2009. (Only for students whose previous GPA at Hunter was above a 2.0. Students who left Hunter with a previous GPA of below 2.0, must apply by April 1, 2009).
