Funding for Posters
Faculty-student research teams are invited to apply for funding to cover the cost of printing posters that students will present at conferences. Posters funded via the Undergraduate Research Initiative much acknowledge the student's contributions to the research.
All faculty-student research teams, including those who have received an Undergraduate Research Fellowship, are eligible to apply.
All posters funded via the Undergraduate Research Initiative must be printed using Hunter's Classroom Technology Services, Audio-Visual Office, which is located in Room 333, Hunter North.
To receive funding:
- Faculty-student teams must first submit a poster funding request to the Undergraduate Research Initiative to receive approval for poster funding.
- Once approval has been obtained, the faculty mentor or the student can submit a printing request to Classroom Technology Services, billing the cost to the Undergraduate Research Initiative.
After receiving funding approval from the Undergraduate Research Initiative, to obtain poster printing services at Classroom Technology Services, you can follow these poster printing instructions, and you will need to complete Classroom Technology Services' poster request form.
