Poster Presentations


What dimensions should my poster be?

  • Posters should be around 54”W x 42”L. If your poster is already printed at a different size, don’t worry. It will fit as long as it is less than 72.5"W x 48"L. Be certain any photos or graphics on your poster are of HIGH QUALITY (high resolution/dpi)



When should I arrive at the conference?

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your session to set up your poster



Can I leave early?

  • Please make an effort to stay for the entire 2 hours of your session, or arrange for a co-author to stay.



Oral Presentations


Do I need to submit my completed presentation before the conference?

  • Please email your PowerPoint presentation to by March 27th, 5pm at the latest



When should I arrive at the conference?

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your oral presentation session.



Can I leave early?

  • You are required to stay for the full oral presentation session to which you are assigned. In this session, multiple students will present followed by a group 10-minute Q&A at the end. Please keep your presentation within the 10-minute limit





Will there be food at the conference?

  • Lunch will be served at noon on both days of the conference in the 3rd floor main cafeteria. Additional refreshments will be available during all sessions
