2020 Undergraduate STEM Research Conference Announcement!

SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT HERE! DEADLINE EXTENDED TO MARCH 31st, 2020!

Hunter’s Undergraduate STEM Research Conference will be held on  Wednesday April 29th 2020 from 9AM-5PM. The conference will provide a forum for Hunter undergraduates to present their research or scholarship via poster sessions. Note that the format of the conference will likely be changed to a virtual format in response to current circumstances.  More info will be forthcoming.  The conference will include panels on pursuing research opportunities as an undergraduate and preparing for graduate school.

Guidelines:

  • A Hunter undergraduate student must be an author on the abstract. (Abstracts may have multiple authors.)
  • Participation is encouraged from students in STEM and STEM-related disciplines from across campus.
  • Prior to submission, you must obtain approval from the Hunter faculty research supervisor, or find a Hunter faculty sponsor if the work was conducted outside of Hunter.  Faculty will be required to confirm their support subsequent to your submission.
  • Abstracts should be 250 words or fewer.  You are encouraged to work with your faculty supervisor to develop your abstract and poster.
  • Presentation guidelines will be emailed to students with accepted abstracts.
